General Terms

• Any vehicle supplied by Highland Vehicle Rental will be fully valeted and have a full tank of fuel. Cars are to be returned full of fuel
• Additional Driver available for £12 per day for drivers over 25 or £24 per day for drivers under 25
• Baby seats and child booster seats are available at £9 per day
• Drivers aged 21 to 24 face an additional surcharge of £24 per day

ADS Discount Offer

• The campaign is valid from 18th June to 31st August.

• Customers are entitled to a 50% discount on the rental cost of eligible vehicles when their destination is Inverness.

• This discount applies solely to the rental cost and does not extend to any additional fees or services. Such additional fees or services may include, but are not limited to, insurance, fuel, delivery and collection fees, additional driver charges, and other ancillary services.

Eligibility

• This offer is only available to Air Discount Scheme (ADS) cardholders.

• Customers wishing to take advantage of the offer must provide during the booking process:

  1. A valid ADS number (16 characters starting with ADS followed by 13 numbers), and will be required to show evidence of ADS membership at the time of vehicle pick-up.

  2. A valid Loganair booking reference and flight number, and will be required to show proof of flight booking at the time of vehicle pick-up.

• At least one driver must be a valid ADS cardholder.

• The discount is available to customers who comply with all standard rental requirements, including but not limited to, holding a valid driver's licence and meeting age requirements.

Vehicle Availability

• The offer is available to all currently offered vehicle types, and all vehicle rentals are subject to availability. The availability of specific vehicle models cannot be guaranteed and is determined at the time of acceptance of your booking.

• In the event that the desired vehicle is not available, we will endeavour to offer an alternative vehicle, which may attract a different daily tariff and will be subject to the same terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

• The discount will be applied at the time of booking. Full payment of the discounted rental cost must be made in accordance with our standard payment terms.

• Cancellations or modifications to bookings may be subject to standard fees and policies, and the discount may not apply to rebooked or modified reservations.

General Terms

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

• This offer is only available to be redeemed via the approved booking website (highlandvr.co.uk/loganair) and may not be redeemed via any other method.

• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, our decision will be final and binding.
