About Our Car & Van Hire Services in the Highlands & Islands

Booking a car is quick and simple! Most of our customers choose to book online because they can see our range of cars and get an idea of the features of each. Booking by phone is just as simple, our staff can help you pick the right car for you.

When collecting your vehicle, please remember to bring with you:

  • Your driving license (photocard driving licences & old style paper licences both require a DVLA code as below) indicating you have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Your own credit or debit card for payments.
  • Bring a second proof of address dated in the last 3 months in addition to the licence, e.g. a utility bill.

All drivers must meet our Age Restriction Policy.

You must have no major convictions on the driving license (if you have more than 6 points or points for any non minor offenses, please call your local branch to check that we can cover you on our insurance - points may need to be referred to the insurance & may increase the insurance excess or in some circumstances prevent the hire).

Yes you can! Simply request that you would like FastTrack on your booking and we will send you a digital version of your Rental Agreement to sign ahead of your booking. When you arrive to collect your vehicle simply use the FastTrack lane at our desk, have your ID handy for verification and we'll hand you the keys! Returning the vehicle is just as simple, you can simply drop the key in one of our convenient key dropboxes without needing to wait for the usual post rental checks to be done.

To have FastTrack you will be required to have our Gold level Protection Package.

To extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time to check availability and arrange for an extension.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking provided you do so with the required notice. Please refer to the Cancellations/Amendments section of our Terms & Conditions for details regarding timelines and any potential charges.

Our rental prices typically include vehicle hire, basic insurance with an excess, and roadside assistance. Additional services and insurance coverages are available at an extra cost.
