Guest Relations & Fleet Services

As a Guest Relations & Fleet Services crew member, you will be providing high quality cars and vans to both pre-booked and walk-in customers at one of our airport, ferry or other locations.

We are always interested to speak to candidates looking for seasonal work! Our Summer seasonal staffing commence in May and run until at least September.

Guest Relations responsibilities:

Accepting and administering bookings over the phone, online and by email.
Allocating bookings and maximising vehicle utilisation.
Providing top class customer service in an efficient and friendly manner.

Fleet Services responsibilities:

Valeting vehicles to a high standard.
Completing vehicle condition inspections.
Completing vehicle deliveries and collections throughout the Highlands.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have held a full UK driving for more than 24 months.
Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the business, including weekends and occasionally evenings.
Applicants must possess basic computer literacy (this is especially important for the Guest Relations role).
